net11 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and User Agreement

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "Account Holder") and net11 ("net11", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the net11 website located at net11.io, including all associated sub-pages, products, services, features, software, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the net11 Platform, clicking any "I Accept", "Register", or equivalent confirmation, or by depositing funds and placing wagers, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, understood their content, and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users regardless of the device, browser, or method used to access the Platform.

net11 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to open and maintain a net11 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not expressly prohibited for you personally;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• You have not been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the net11 Platform for any reason;
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of net11, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction that would make use of the Platform harmful to you at the time of registration.

net11 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or at any other time at net11's sole discretion. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age may result in immediate account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each user is permitted to hold one (1) net11 account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, identity document, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. net11 reserves the right to close all associated duplicate accounts and confiscate any funds or bonus balances held within them upon discovery of a violation of this policy.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including a false date of birth, false name, or false contact details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your net11 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. net11 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact net11 support immediately via the live chat available in your account dashboard or by email at [email protected].

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

net11 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed: a valid national identity card, passport, or birth certificate; proof of address dated within the last three months; and proof of the payment method used to deposit. net11 reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawals until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

net11 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and selected Visa and Mastercard instruments. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Net11 does not accept cash, cryptocurrency, or third-party payment instructions from persons other than the registered account holder.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account dashboard. net11 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time without prior notice, subject to the provisions of Section 14 (Amendments) of these Terms.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted via bKash or Nagad are processed within an average of 15 minutes during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or pending KYC verification. net11 is not responsible for delays caused by the User's payment provider or bank after funds have been dispatched from the net11 system.

4.4 Same-Source Policy

Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. If this is not feasible, net11 may request additional verification before processing the withdrawal via an alternative channel. This policy exists to comply with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

4.5 Currency

All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on net11 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). net11 does not operate multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion performed by a third-party payment provider is the sole responsibility of the User, and net11 accepts no liability for exchange rate losses.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

net11 offers various promotional incentives, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, and seasonal promotions. All promotions are subject to specific terms which are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

General bonus conditions applicable to all net11 promotions include the following:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per user, household, IP address, and payment method, unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms;
• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn;
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash directly;
• net11 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or technical error;
• Free bets are credited to the account as bonus funds and are not withdrawable as cash unless the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied;
• Bonuses expire as specified in each promotion's terms; unclaimed or unconverted bonus funds will be removed from the account upon expiry.

Attempting to exploit bonuses through matched betting, arbitrage, or coordinated wagering across multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the cancellation of the bonus, reversal of associated winnings, and suspension of the account.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

Bets placed on net11 are final once confirmed by the system. It is the User's responsibility to verify all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming the wager. net11 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been confirmed, except as expressly provided in these Terms or in the specific rules applicable to a sport or market.

6.2 Odds and Markets

net11 reserves the right to suspend, remove, or void any market at any time before an event commences or during an event, including in cases of suspected match manipulation, data feed errors, pricing errors, or where the integrity of the event is in question. In the event a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the User's account balance.

6.3 Live In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets are subject to brief delays between the real-world event and the Platform's update of odds and market status. net11 will not be held liable for bets placed during a period in which the market should have been suspended, provided that the delay was beyond net11's reasonable control. net11 reserves the right to void any in-play bet where it determines the wager was placed with the benefit of knowledge unavailable to other users at the time of placement.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

net11 applies maximum winnings limits per event and per bet slip. These limits are displayed in the cashier and within individual market rules. Where a bet would result in winnings exceeding the applicable maximum, net11 will pay out to the maximum limit only, with the balance forfeited. Maximum winnings limits exist to protect the Platform's operational integrity and are subject to change.

7 Casino & Games

The net11 casino offers live dealer tables, slots, and instant-win games supplied by third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. While net11 presents these games on its Platform, the underlying game software, random number generation, and outcome determination are the responsibility of the respective game provider.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the net11 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and notification to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform, whether directly or through a proxy;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform in connection with any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users;
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players in live casino games to gain an unfair advantage;
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party, or accepting bets on the net11 Platform as an intermediary or agent;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or infrastructure;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the Platform or negatively affects other users' experience.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Closure by the User

You may request the closure of your net11 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat in your account dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet converted) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification being complete. Account closure does not extinguish any obligations that arose prior to the closure date.

9.2 Suspension or Closure by net11

net11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where: a violation of these Terms is suspected or confirmed; net11 has received a legal or regulatory instruction to do so; the account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months; or net11 reasonably believes that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the User, other users, or the Platform's integrity. In the event of account closure by net11 for a violation of these Terms, any outstanding balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.

9.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 months of inactivity. net11 may apply a dormancy administration fee of ৳200 per month to dormant accounts, deducted from the account balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. net11 will send a notice to the registered email address before dormancy fees begin to accrue.

10 Responsible Gaming

net11 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help users maintain a healthy relationship with gambling. The following responsible gaming features are available to all net11 account holders at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account dashboard;
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic notifications when your session reaches a duration you define;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the net11 Platform; self-exclusion cannot be reversed once applied.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the net11 Platform — including but not limited to the net11 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, databases, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of net11 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only.

You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the net11 Platform without the prior written consent of net11. Unauthorised use of net11's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may also constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, net11 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions, even if net11 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

net11's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms and your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your net11 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

net11 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. net11 makes no representation that the content of the Platform is accurate, complete, or current, and expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13 Privacy & Data

net11 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge that you have read and understood the net11 Privacy Policy.

net11 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification services, game providers, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by applicable law. All data is transmitted using 256-bit SSL encryption, and account data is stored on secured servers in accordance with industry-standard data protection practices.

14 Amendments

net11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, net11 will notify registered users by displaying a notice on the Platform, by email to the registered address, or both. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice, which will be no fewer than 7 days after notification for material changes, unless a shorter notice period is required by applicable law or regulation.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not wish to be bound by revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9.1 of these Terms.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which net11 holds its operating licence, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute arising under these Terms through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration body. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
